|8 ounces ground beef|
|1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes|
|1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed|
|1 large red onion, chopped|
|1 red bell pepper, chopped|
|2 tablespoons red wine vinegar|
|2 tablespoons chili powder|
|1/4 teaspoon allspice|
|2/3 cup picante sauce|
|salt and pepper|
- Cook beef in large skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Combine beef and remaining ingredients, except salt and pepper, in slow cooker; cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
